Check all exercise tests if partial points are possible #97

Check for all the exercises if you can get only partial points, e. g. 0,5 points, especially for the structural_tests. For the self-test-related questions where the users can just get 2 points, this is not necessary.

Also when creating new tests, make sure that partial points for WA & BO are possible.
