Force Matchmode and Force Ready for admin #30

Hi

Is it possible to allow an admin to force the game into the matchmode and then force people to be ready to start the match.

Currently with console players not able to do this for themselves our pickup games have had issues with getting people to vote for match mode and readying up.

Thanks for the good work so far!
