Refresh indicator keeps appearing with Flutter 3.19 #5

Hi, I'm facing the problem when update Flutter 3.19, refresh indicator keeps appearing.

Steps to reproduce

  1. set Flutter 3.19 on pubspec.yaml
  2. run on Android or iOS
  3. scroll up and down
