Once we have the percentiles, we can plot the FFC vs predicted as boxplots against each other.

Made, but need

[x] better formatting and axis elements
[x] Peak_Tim only shows observed
[x] Do we want to filter out the 2/5 Peak metrics since we don't have predictions for them?

[ ] Also add flag on boxplot for values where we may have insufficient data, such as too few years for a peak calculation, rather than removing the calculated metrics, etc
