Make the visualization script use the frame-cluster descriptions #1

The visualization script provides a hover tooltip for the plots. The tooltip currently displays a randomly selected frame from the frame-cluster. But we now have, for each frame-cluster, an overall description of that frame-cluster. This, not a randomly selected frame, should be what is displayed in the tooltip.
