Add a script to find the ideological distribution of each frame-cluster #10

There are established methods for characterizing the ideological position (as a univariate metric) of a user. So, we could use such a method to find the ideological positions of all users who participate in a given frame-cluster, and then e.g. plot a histogram of the ideological scores of the users who participate in that cluster.
