Not sure if this is helpful, but I am pasting the response codes that are not in the document here.

Hi. Thank you for posting. The second message you pasted above is one the screenlogic sends out to its clients when the weather forecast changes. I haven't spent anytime figuring out what information it contains (and do not have time at the moment), but in terms of pool control, etc it can be ignored. If someone else has time to figure out the encoding of the weather related messages that would be great! If not, I will try to get to it at some point down the road.
