Aida Detect Special Channels for Time Machine #114

Updated TAidaConfiguration to detect the special channels (Time Machine, SCI41)

Updated the time machine part of AIDA to use the detected channels instead of from the steering macro

Not updated any steering macros or aida.txt yet - they will need to be updated for it to work
