I suppose app should be implemented as widget. This allows to indicate
current status directly on desktop.

I started implementing widget, but i'm not good in graphical editors such as
photoshop or gimp.
Android does not support many components as widget elements, that's why i can't
use
toggle button directly in widget for show active/inactive status.
Can some one paint 2 pictures 80X100 that will represent active and inactive
state of
APNs?

I can do that. Let me try.

Looking at the UI guidelines, this is not going to be easy. Maybe I can make
some temporary solution?

Try these 2. Wrong size and ugly, but hopefully could work temporarily.

Widget implemented. It shows current apn state and tapping a widget you can
switch it.

New signed apk built using this code is in Downloads section. Seems to be
working great, thanks!

Thanks! That was fast :)

BTW app from download section couldn't be installed first and second time i
tried.
Finally I could install it; maybe that was android/samsung firmware bug.

Thank you for your 'Thanks' & comment! =).

This is rather strange. I used Apps installer from market and installed test
build on
my G1 in one try.
