Reconsider communication channels for getting help #26

Several requests for help or debugging are opened as GitHub issues. The recommended communication methods are listed here, and possibly some of them are outdated, for example the Wiki link.

Some suggestions for possibly improving the communication between Celery users and also maintainers:

  1. Instead of using IRC only, introduce Gitter or Slack.
  2. Add an entry for opening StackOverflow questions with specific tags.

We had Gitter but no one joined. We also can consider Github Discussions.

For what it's worth I don't ever recall this advertised anywhere.

The IRC channel on Freenode has a decent number of people coming in and asking for help. In addition to the page in the docs, it is linked from the Community page.
