`TestIntegrationTestSuite/TestDataRoundTrip` is flaky #28

Recently there are multiple failures of TestIntegrationTestSuite/TestDataRoundTrip in CI. I'm not able to reproduce this locally.

We need to fix this, to be able to smoothly merge PRs.
