Currently all tests are run against our robusta networks.
We should separate this out into knuu development testing and infra testing.
Knuu development testing should be run in a controlled environment, such as a local minikube. Then for github PR we should either recreate minikube on CI or run the k8 cluster on github actions in some other way.
