Migrate Chaos-mesh to the knuu repo #451

Currently chaos-mesh is living in another repo and it is being an experimental feature.

This issue suggests that to migrate it to the knuu repo and do more tests on it so we can compare it with bittwister and if it covers everything that bittwister does, we can retire bittwister.
