[WOtLK][2.3.0] Potions not coming off cooldown #194

Many thanks for the project. A couple of issues were noticed for [WOtLK][2.3.0]

  1. The moment a potion or Elixir is used, they become grayed out and just say (cooldown starts upon leaving combat), even if not in combat.
  2. Riding skill increases (+5/level) when level is up. But re-login resolves this issue to reset it to 75 (Apprentice) or 150 (Journeyman).
