TBC - installfulldb.sh installs the database #252

The PLAYERBOTS database could not be generated when I installed the database using installfulldb.sh

Define the databases name (let them empty for default name 'tbcdbtype')

WORLD_DB_NAME="tbcmangos" REALM_DB_NAME="tbcrealmd" CHAR_DB_NAME="tbccharacters" LOGS_DB_NAME="tbclogs"

Define your mysql program if this differs..................
