TBC Server crashes immediately after bootup(before I can start client)

Hello,

I tried to sift through all the other issue reports before I would waste anyone's time. Essentially, I think I may have caused some disruptions when my server and client were incorrectly exited from the other day.

Whenever I start the server after its initial boot up it will immediately start repeating this error and it'll just close itself out:

I've tried just removing all traces of mangos and SPP then starting a fresh install. Alas upon re installation nothing was changed at all. I'm assuming I am not doing the reinstall correctly? Also I deleted the add-ons folder to see if that would change anything and again no difference.
