save files transfer function and local translation problem

1.there used to be the save files transfer function which transfer the vanilla saves into tbc or wotlk,now I cant find it ,is this canceled？or you can tell me how to use it now ,THX

2.local translation function cant translate quest text，for example, I am speaking Taiwanese , it cant translate English to Taiwanese even I use the Taiwanese client and install the locales selection ,please fix it,thank you very mush ,my English is poor,sorry for that !

by the way ,could you give me some useful playerbot Macros in the addon, the addon is not working for me now, I am using 1.14 client to play the game, or you can rewrite the addon for 1.14 client,make some changes,THX :D

@zhangxiuwei911 Hello, you can try - make a Save in vanilla Launcher, then copy save files into Saves/tbc/transfer/ and try loading it. (Not it WILL WIPE ALL TBC DATA when you load, even if it fails) So DO BACKUPS!!! :)
