(Question) Can I migrate a character to a higher expansion? #115

Is it possible to migrate a character from vanilla to TBC? Or from TBC to WOTLK? For example, I want to level up a character on a vanilla realm to level 60, continue leveling on a TBC realm to level 70, and finally continue on WOTLK to level 80. Is this possible?
