Blind ability cooldown increases to 30+ minutes if elusiveness talent is picked (1/2 or 2/2). rcooldown

I'm also having the same issue. On build 2.3.7. With Elusiveness, my Blind cooldown is set to 12 hours. Cooldown not affected if Elusiveness is not taken. Current workaround is to use .cooldown clear to reset all of the cooldowns.
