Can not learn summon warhorse #156

Hello, I am playing a paladin and I can not learn the ability summon learn horse, I meet the requirements but when I try to learn it it doesn't do anything.

https://www.wowhead.com/spell=13819/summon-warhorse This is the spell, when you learn it it gives you a mount that is paladin exclusive. When I try to learn, the learn button does nothing.

This also happens for Druids initial flight form at level 68 in WotLK module.
