For Vanilla realms. The Frostwolf Clan Supply Officer, Grunnda Wolfheart, is selling some of the wrong items (vendor is located inside the Alterac Valley battleground instance). She offers half of the items for Frostwolf rep, but the other half shows Stormpike Guard (Alliance) exalted rep required and is not purchasable by horde. This makes some of the BIS items like Don Julio's Band, The Immovable Object, and the Unstoppable Force (among others) inaccessible after reaching exalted. I am not sure if it the same way over at the Alliance vendor.
