Game crashes when Ragnaros kills Executus #184

During the Ragnaros encounter, when Ragnaros kills executus, the server crashes.

I confirmed this only happens in SPP, not in the cmangos raw.

I'm on build 2.3.7 and this was fixed. I just ran through Molten Core and during the Ragnaros encounter, Ragnaros correctly kills his Majordomo, has a bit of dialogue and begins the fight.

Previously I experienced the same issue with the server crashing.
