On Vanilla : This quest is impossible to be completed without a GM.
The gameobject "Keepsake of remembrance" that we need to find is not reachable at its position.
I tried a command like ".gobject move 16632" to move it, following a ".gobject near" but I only got a message like "Game Object not found"
