This quest does not appear to be available from the horde quest-giver, Slurpo Fizzykeg. Also, If you go directly into Grim Guzzler, the Brewfest Spy is there as is Coren, but there seems to be no way to start the quest to kill Coren for the trinks. I remember no prequests necessary back in the day, but I did all the quests in the Brewfest camp as well. Still no quest available.

As a work around for anyone else trying to fight Coren during Brewfest, the admin command to provide the quest you need is:
.quest add 12318
