MSVCP120.dll missing for mysqladmin.exe during Install #219

Trying to install the vanilla module through Server_Update.

This dll is definitely in System32. Tried re-installing vc++ and no luck. Occurring on two, separate devices -- one of which is on a dev build of win11.

Basically, any db-related process will throw this error. 50-100 times during the whole installation process.

Am I missing something? Is mysql looking in another directory or what? I'm surprised I haven't found anyone else with this issue, seeing as I can reproducing it on different machines... Thanks for the help! :)
