Entering dungeon using LFG then Dungeon Finder or entering instance crashes world server #229

Been having issues with this for months and stopped playing because of it, Anytime you make a group with LFG or through /who and try to use dungeon finder / enter instance the world server crashes and disconnects me.

Also various errors when first installing it such as

floods the worldserver all the time when starting, is this normal?
