Rogue bots sitting in stealth #244

I was wondering if you're aware of rogue bots sitting in stealth, not doing anything and they won't join groups. Been seeing this at all level ranges and other bots are working fine. Originally rogue bots were being normal when they were first generated but they seem to have just broke. Thanks for your time.

yes there is a fix pending for that issue
