Advised what can be done

I am running TBC SPP, I have moved my htdocs folder to xampp, the reason why: is when I run it with mangosd and Realmd together I cannot access the website from outside of my network, but I can when I moved it to xampp, but only one problem, I cannot create account in “account creation” on the website, Any Ideas what to change or ?

my server is : http://51.254.62.175/ when you go on account creation page which is : http://51.254.62.175/index.php?n=account&sub=register

you cannot create account, maybe someone will let me know what is the issue, since i am running my website from Xampp.

And where can i change the "This server is running SPP Solocraft Customs Module"

Solocraft settings are in mangosd.conf. I'm sorry I don't use xammp, website uses port 80 so realmd and mangosd can't affect its work.
