mangosd.exe is crashing during server startup. Can anyone advise?

35dfafe0mangosd.exe[24-10_18-3-4].txt Heres a more recent one from today. Tried a few fixes i saw in other posts but had no luck. I'm no good with this stuff. @celguar I started a new thread, did not realize I could upload the file directly to here.
