I some point, I spoke to the NPC Gerard Tiller (npc #255) and clicked Continue on his repeatable turn in quest Give Gerard a Drink (quest #16). Since, each time I log in to the character, this quest reappears in my quest log. Each time I abandon it, and each time I sign back in it reappears.
