After you kill Pristess Delrissa, the orange blockade should disappear, but it's still there. You cannot complete this instance.

Edit: If I use the .die command to all bosses, the block disappears. I'm not sure but I think the "Zelfan" doesn't die when he has 0HP, I think he bugged under the map so the infight bug happened and not all bosses are dead. I don't know how to check, but he was one of the mobs that didn't have a dead body after I killed everyone else. Hope it helps.
