Hi all,

Please see the usual link for the latest version of the app:

http://jacky-env-01.ehym3crjpy.eu-west-2.elasticbeanstalk.com/

I've uploaded a more minimal set of files this time, and used the new version of the database. I amended the application.py script so that it knows the new database filename.

This time I only included:

application.py c__sqlite_final_database.db requirements.txt

and directories:

. ├───static ├───templates

application_aws_v04.zip

I've had a very quick look and there seem to be a couple of issues clicking on phosphosites to get to the phosphosite pages. We can investigate tomorrow. I can try uploading more of Celia's zipped files from her virtual environment to see whether this solves it, though it would be good for us to understand which files are important and why!

I have just seen this problem. Let's talk about that before the meeting.

I would like to check as well that when we have a query for a kinase the software returns not only info from the human kinase table but also from the kinases phosphosite table, as they are connected and we are using a relational database to get that. I entered a kinase and only got gene, Uniprot and name? I realised this morning I didnt check that on the website even if i saw those queries were included in the script (see below).
