Folders for application #83

I was thinking of all the files that we have for the application in the master repository. I guess you have arleady thought about that, once we have the final files for the sofware, we should create folders where to save the files as displayed here

to give developers easy access to our work if they want to clone the master repository

This seems sensible. We could call the root folder "Application" and put other files, like the csv/database generating scripts and explanations, etc, in other folders in the repository.

We can do it on Tuesday, which is our personal deadline, in case there are new changes
