Fluke needs to be smart enough to handle folders when its face is pointed at 
one.

Now handles folders correctly. However, it only works through the command line 
as at the moment I found no 
way to drop folders onto the Fluke icon (the IsDroppable property in the 
Info.plist seems to have no effect).
