Gain addition to FLAC files, possibly from Fluke? #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Some FLAC files that are added to iTunes have the gain multiplied by a lot. 
 It seems somewhat random which files are really blowing the speakers.  I've 
tried the same files in VLC, and they play at a regular level.  So, it must be 
coming from either Fluke or iTunes, and since the FLAC files won't play inside 
iTunes without Fluke, I suspect something from Fluke. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? - regular playback of 
FLAC files, and instead, playback at ~ 10x gain levels

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

itunes: 10.7 (21)
osx: 10.7.3
fluke: 0.2.5
