Following OWL generation + importing cl-simple and ro:
Note 'composed primarily of' should have existential restriction. I believe it should be possible to generate this with LinkML OWL. However, we need to be sure that in doing this we retain all the functionality of LinkML. It will also complicate direct re-use of the schema by other projects.
(Note - problems with property typing are a separate issue)
