Improvements to ABC to CAS #58

  1. labelset.name = cluster_annotation_term_set.name (currently taking cluster_annotation_term_set.label) This should also be used in the labelset field in annotations.
  2. "cell_fullname" should not take the value of cell_label - just leave the field out if no content/mapping from ABC.
