Seems empty "required": [] definition is not valid in json schema Draft4. Migrated to the latest (2020-12)schema.

Yep. I'm waiting on merge though as trying to think through an better document how this plays with use cases documented in https://github.com/cellannotation/cell-annotation-schema/issues/22. Have converted to draft for now.

Merging although I have some worries about their being multiple places that annotation transfer metadata can now live.
