Add CAP specific fields to extension #44

A set of fields in CAP_anndata_schema specify business logic for CAP. These are prepended with "cap", e.g.https://github.com/cellannotation/cap_file_planning/blob/main/cap_anndata_schema.md#cap_publication_title. They should live on the top level of CAS (directly under properties), in CAP_extension.json
