Automated annotation object should have confidence score field

This may only make sense at the individual cell level though - which is a challenge for the cell set level annotations we have in the schema.

I think these scores will work on the "cell annotation" level for the predictions given a group of cells.

This is something we'll be working on with Felix Fischer's models.

Closed as outdated. We support confidence scores on individual cells. It's not clear if confidence scores make as much sense annotation transfer on the cell set level.
