Update the Examples chapter #354

The Examples chapter now exists in the latest version of the specification: https://cellml-specification.readthedocs.io/en/latest/reference/index_sectionE.html

This has placeholders for three chapters:

one explaining how units items work
one explaining how import items work
one explaining overall best practice for structure of CellML models.
