It would be useful if we were able to generate code suitable for use in bifurcation analysis.
XPP Auto is the "gold standard" tool used.
MatCont (https://sourceforge.net/projects/matcont/) is a Matlab based tool that is "easy to use".
RoadRunner (SBML simulator) supports bifurcation analysis: https://sys-bio.github.io/roadrunner/docs-build/bifurcation.html. This could be an interesting approach to explore if we can generate SBML for a given CellML model.
