A place to capture "usage" patterns of markdown emerging as @rowanyeoman writes raw MD content, wrangles with the friction of "reality", and comes up with "desire line" (hacks).

Capturing them in raw form here, so they can be examined, reverse engineered to their underlying goals, and designed into a re-usable primitive.
