Create an AppImage for celluloid (formerly GNOME MPV) #579

Hi,

can you create an AppImage for celluloid? Then it runs on almost all Linux distributions.

Here's why I like it.

Very easy as a user to run the software. It feels very similar to running it on an Android device with apk file. But without installation process, find even better than the Android method.

Use the latest version of the software or if there were problems with the new version, e.g. bugs. I can use the old version, just use the older AppImage version.

I prefer to leave packaging to other people if possible. If you (or someone else) publishes an AppImage for Celluloid, I'll be happy to add a link for it to the README file.
