[zk_adapter] beef up / refactor zk adapter for testing #36

I smashed the zk adapter to make it more like the Moneta one.

Tested, although, not really tested. :+1:

@fujin I wonder if this is worth rebasing. How much work would that be?

I know that @tarcieri didn't want to have the dep on zk or zookeeper due to the issues with getting the gem installed. Have these been resolved?

I like this code change, and rebased in #45.
