This should help Travis-CI build the gem and run the tests hopefully.

At the very least it corrects critical metadata.

This does seem to help abit but by the looks of it some magic needs to be done to install the libzmq development headers.

I am not that experienced with Travis so hopefully someone can chime in and give us a hand. :)
