Bring up CodeClimate grade. Fix examples. #181

These examples are bringing down the overall Reel grade:

F WebServer
C ServerSentEvents

@tarcieri we just need to add examples/* to the exclusion list, wherever that is. Is there a certain account being used? I can't see where I can change that. I think if we do this we'll be at ~4.0
