Remove Reel::App #83

It seemed like a good idea at the time for people who needed a simple router.

Unfortunately both it and the Octarine gem it's based on are unmaintained.

If you would like this sort of thing, just use Sinatra.

Do we feel like changing the examples to use the Reel::Connection instead?
