"Shake-to-Contact" triggered while app is in background #6208

Expected Behavior

"Shake-to-Contact" feature should not be triggered while the app is in background.

Current Behavior

"Shake-to-Contact" feature can be triggered while the app is in background, leading to issues:

also, lately, when I leave the app open and the screen turns off by itself, then when unlocking my smartphone, valora is in the contact window, and then, using the back button I get an error and the option to restart app.
