Add 8-digit code pivot to our AS dashboards #7366

8-digit code rollout will likely improve the completion rate for the Attestation Service. Track its impact across country/carrier/provider by adding it as a pivot to our Metabase dashboards.

Average completion rate: 52% -> 83%

This also coincided with the CB Earn launch which may have changed our demographics and biased some of these results. To help tease this apart, I looked at the markets with historically low completion rates, and still found a noticeable increase: Venezuela - 26%->31% Brazil - 43%->46% Saudi Arabia - 15%->29% Uganda - 69%->85%
